Have you ever noticed the chatter in your head? The endless noise of wondering, planning, re-running scenarios…well...i It's rare that many of us actually slow down enough to recognize that these thoughts are aligned with our core belief system. 

Do we really believe that our boss has bad intentions? Or did we experience a caretaker with bad intentions when we were 6 years ago, and our boss reminds us of them triggering a similar experience now? 

Most of the time, human beings are too busy to notice their thoughts being on autopilot. And are unaware that 90% of their thoughts are the same thoughts as yesterday and 70% of those thoughts are negative.  This logically means that we are creatures that are constantly living in the past, and if we are living in the past then we are not experiencing the present and can't possibly create our desired future. Relieving 70% negative of the thoughts from our past causes stress, frustration, anxiety and overwhelm as the body suddenly experiences life as “out of control”. 

Imagine your mind as a “computer” hardware system. At birth, the hardware system was a clean slate, and then, year after year, new programs were downloaded to “succeed” through life. Most of these programs were inherited, and remained running through your adolescent years, eventually manifesting into beliefs, attitudes and motives in your young adult years. These hardwired  programs are the undercurrent of your unconscious perception. 

We can do all the vision boarding, and positive self-talk we want, but unless we witness and reprogram the subconscious mind, the repetitive nature of our programs will continue to lead our thoughts, and subsequently our feelings and actions.
